Look at the exceptions in your agreement. They will include such matters as being dependent on the availability of parts and most do not include the provision of emergency equipment whilst your own is being repaired.
So the questions to ask, either of yourself, your IT or FM manager, is - How certain are you that your vital business systems, equipment and data is fully protected? Would having Climate Facilities increase your level of protection?
